Payment: The NCC can only be purchased online using a credit card or a university purchasing card (Visa or MasterCard). Transactions are neither refundable nor exchangeable and the listed purchase price does not include associated taxes or shipping costs.

Shipping: BioFocus will ship the NCC set within North America Monday thru Thursday only. The NCC set will be shipped overnight as frozen solids via courier service. Orders from outside of North America will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday only and may take longer to arrive.

Data: Each NCC set will be accompanied by a datafile (sent electronically to customer via email) that contains a Structure Data File (SDF) providing a variety of data about the plated compounds. The NCC.SDF.Specification.200802191815.pdf will provide details for each column of data found in the NCC datafile.

SDFs are generated by many applications, including CambridgeSoft ChemFinder, MDL ISIS and Isentris, and SciTegic Pipeline Pilot. For information on SDF format see: http://www.mdli.com/downloads/public/ctfile/ctfile.jsp.

Terms of Distribution. The NCC is supplied by the NIH as a service to the research community at a cost sufficient to cover the expense of production and distribution without profit.

Before compounds can be shipped, a simple Material Transfer Agreement must be signed electronically.
